Ashadha Maas 2026: The month of Ashadh has started from today i.e. 30th June. This month will end on 29th July. The special importance of the month of Ashadh has been mentioned in the scriptures of Sanatan Dharma. Ashadha is considered the fourth month of the Hindi calendar. It rains throughout the country in this month. Greenery starts appearing in nature. In this month, Lord Vishnu goes into Yoga Nidra and Chaturmas begins.

Auspicious and auspicious works are not done during this period. However, this month is very special for bathing, charity, worship, chanting, penance and meditation. Lord Vishnu is especially worshiped in the month of Ashadha. By doing some special auspicious work in this month, a person gets eternal virtue, blessings of Lord Vishnu and happiness. Charity: Doing charity in this month is considered very auspicious. Donate umbrellas, clothes, clothes and money especially to the needy in this month. Organize Brahmin feast on special dates of this month. By doing auspicious work and charity in this month, sins are destroyed.

Fast: Many fasts and festivals are observed in the month of Ashadha. By observing fast on Yogini and Devshayani Ekadashi falling in this month, one gets virtuous results. Besides, observing Pradosh and other fasts of this month is also considered very beneficial.

Yagya and Havan: It is very auspicious to perform Yagya and Havan in this month. Havan purifies the environment of the house and removes negative energy. Negative energy is especially removed in this month.
