Child Welfare Scheme: Union Home Minister Amit Shah has launched the PM Family Care Tracker. This digital system will help deliver the benefits of government schemes to needy families, pregnant women, and children.
PM Family Care Tracker: Ensuring that the benefits of government schemes reach the needy at the right time has always been a major challenge. Often, people miss out on government facilities due to a lack of documentation or other irregularities. It is commonly observed that pregnant women, young children, and newborns fail to receive timely access to healthcare, nutrition, and other essential government services.
Recently, Union Home Minister Amit Shah launched a pilot project named the PM Family Care Tracker (PM-FCT). This digital system project aims to identify needy individuals and provide them with the benefits of government schemes in a timely manner. Let us learn more about the PM Family Care Tracker in detail...
What is PM-FCT?
PM-FCT, known as the PM Family Care Tracker, is a digital platform that consolidates all information regarding a child—from birth up to the age of 18—in one place. A key feature of the PM Family Care Tracker is the integration of data from the Health Department, the Department of Women and Child Development, and the Education Department. This will facilitate continuous monitoring of needy individuals, ensuring there are no delays in providing assistance.
