What is PM-FCT?

PM-FCT, known as the PM Family Care Tracker, is a digital platform that consolidates all information regarding a child—from birth up to the age of 18—in one place. A key feature of the PM Family Care Tracker is the integration of data from the Health Department, the Department of Women and Child Development, and the Education Department. This will facilitate continuous monitoring of needy individuals, ensuring there are no delays in providing assistance.

Benefits of the PM Family Care Tracker

• If a child misses a polio dose or any essential vaccination, the Health Department will be notified immediately.
• If a girl child does not enroll in the fifth grade after completing the fourth grade, school authorities and Education Department officials will be alerted.
• Children suffering from malnutrition and those requiring special care will also be identified.
• It helps connect needy families with government schemes.
