Legs are becoming weak in youth: Nowadays youth are facing pain in legs, swelling in legs and difficulty in walking. Legs are not supporting me. Standing, sitting, sitting and standing cause problems. This is because the legs are becoming weak. The muscles of the legs are becoming weak, due to which the strength of the legs starts decreasing. There could be many reasons behind this. Some main reasons behind this are given. Due to which the legs are becoming weak in youth itself.

Causes of pain and swelling in feet at an early age
The first and biggest reason is your consumption of tobacco, in whatever form it is, if you smoke cigarette, beedi, paan, tobacco, gutkha, zarda, hookah, then the veins of the legs become hard. In such a situation, blood clots form in the veins and the veins become hard and start shrinking. Due to this the blood supply reduces and the nerves do not get nutrition. Due to this the legs start becoming weak.

Gaining too much weight causes pressure on the feet. Feet start swelling. The reason for this is eating too much fried food, eating too much junk food, having high cholesterol, eating butter, flour, mayonnaise, which increases weight and increases swelling in the feet.

If you rest too much, your legs become lazy. If there is not much movement and we work sitting all day, then the muscles of the legs start becoming weak. Due to less movement, blood pumping starts reducing. Due to which problems in the legs increase. So taking too much rest also makes the legs lazy.

Dirty shoes and slippers also affect the feet. Due to deficiency of Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D in the body, bones become hollow and start getting pressed and feet become flat. This starts affecting the bones. When the structure of the feet deteriorates, the pumping of the feet is affected. This reduces the blood supply.

If you sit with your legs hanging for a long time, it also affects the legs. Due to this, the blood supply in the legs is not able to go upwards. At the same time, due to sitting for a long time, the strength of the legs starts decreasing. Knees and legs start getting affected more. So keep moving in between.
