Akshay Kumar Property: These days, Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar is earning handsomely not only from films but also from real estate. In the past months, his 'Bhoot Bangla' had printed a lot of notes. Now, while on one hand his recent release 'Welcome to the Jungle' is earning a lot in theatres, on the other hand the actor is now earning a good amount from properties as well. In the last one month, he has sold four of his luxury apartments in Mumbai, from which he made a profit of about Rs 7 crore. These four flats have been sold for approximately Rs 20 crore.

According to property registration documents obtained by CRE Matrix, this latest deal was registered on June 30, 2026.
According to the latest report, Akshay Kumar has recently sold his two luxury apartments in Oberoi Enigma Project located in Mulund West, Mumbai. The total price of both the flats was Rs 12.38 crore. Both these apartments are located on the 18th floor and the carpet area of each flat is 1,886 square feet. Three car parking slots each are also available with both. Registration of sale took place on 30 June 2026. According to the report, Akshay had bought both these flats in October 2017 for about Rs 9 crore. Now after selling them, he has made a profit of more than Rs 3.3 crore from these two flats alone.
Earlier in the beginning of June, Akshay Kumar had sold two more of his apartments in Oberoi Sky City Project, Borivali East. One of these flats was sold for Rs 5.75 crore and the other for Rs 1.35 crore. He had purchased both these properties in 2017 for around Rs 3.68 crore and he got almost double the return from their sale. That is, by selling four flats in a single month, Akshay Kumar made a deal worth about Rs 20 crore and earned a total profit of about Rs 7 crore. It is clear from this that apart from films, his investment in real estate is also giving him excellent returns.
