  • About 2 cups soya chunks for this recipe
  • 2 tbsp gram flour
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • half teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • salt as per taste

How to make crispy soya chunks

  • First of all, soak the soya chunks in hot water for a few minutes and squeeze them well.
  • Now add gram flour, rice flour, red chilli, turmeric, black pepper, chaat masala, ginger-garlic paste and some salt.
  • Add a little oil and coat well.
  • After this, cook in air fryer or oven until golden and crisp.
