40 black peppers
5 cloves
1 large black cardamom
3 small green cardamoms
10 peanuts
2 inches cinnamon
3 to 4 small bay leaves
Half inch piece of dry ginger (or half teaspoon dry ginger powder)
Along with whole spices, these powdered spices will also have to be mixed:
1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon dry mango powder
One and a half teaspoon garlic powder
one and a half teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoon cornflour
one and a half spoon wheat flour
1 teaspoon sugar

Fry all the whole spices lightly on low flame without oil. When the spices cool down, put them in the mixer and grind them finely. Let the prepared masala cool completely and then store it in an airtight glass or plastic jar. Keep it away from moisture. Use this spice in noodles, curry, french fries, pasta or other snacks whenever required. This homemade masala is not only delicious but also long lasting.
