The PM said that I especially congratulate the youth of Rajasthan for this refinery. The willpower and efforts of India for the new India of the 21st century have outweighed the biggest energy crisis of the 21st century. He said that India took right decisions at every level. Accurately assessed the crisis in time. Made an effective strategy, made balanced use of India's resources and made positive use of India's diplomatic power and only then India was able to overcome the crisis.
Today from this land of Rajasthan I will discuss another strength of the country.
You are also seeing that due to the war in Western Asia, there is an outcry in the whole world, every country is suffering.
This war gave rise to the biggest energy crisis of the 21st century.
Big countries are facing fuel shortage today

In his address, PM Modi said that during the war itself, India started importing fuel from more than 40 countries. India gave a clear message to the world that for us the national interest and the interest of the citizens of the nation are paramount. Citizen Devo Bhava is our mantra. He said, 'I express my gratitude to 140 crore countrymen for the way they stood firmly with the country in this difficult time. The way the countrymen faced those spreading rumours, fear and confusion… the conspiracies to create instability in the country were foiled. The country has been able to move forward on the basis of that faith.
PM Modi said that India's friendship with other countries was very useful during this time of war. He said that before this crisis started, India used to import fuel from 25-26 countries. But at the time of crisis, the power of India's diplomacy was visible. He said that our good relations with other countries were very useful in this time of crisis. He said that between April and June alone, companies had to bear a loss of more than Rs 75 thousand crore in diesel and petrol and the responsibility of meeting this loss was borne by the government treasury. He said that we also reduced the excise duty by Rs 10 per liter and did not allow too much burden to fall on the public. He said that many rumors were spread, people were intimidated, provoked, political games were played but those who had wrong intentions could not succeed. He said that apart from minor hindrances, there was no major challenge in fuel supply even in remote areas.
PM Modi said that now the metro is also going to be expanded in Jaipur. The wait to solve the water crisis of Shekhawati region is also going to end. He said that I congratulate all the people of Rajasthan for all these projects. He said that today about 54 thousand youth of Rajasthan have also received appointment letters for government jobs. He said that while wishing a bright future for all the youth who have been appointed, he said that their young minds will further strengthen the bright future of Rajasthan.

The Prime Minister said that even in this scorching heat, so many people gathering at different places to bless us all shows how much faith you have in the efforts of the BJP government. He said that I am indebted to the land of Rajasthan for this support and affection. The PM said that this land has been witness to the courage of countless heroes. Every bit of this battlefield has taught us that self-respect is supreme. He said that the self-esteem of a person or a nation can remain high only when it is self-reliant and has minimal dependence on others. He said that from the land of Rajasthan, India has taken a big step towards becoming developed and self-reliant.
PM Modi said that today is a witness to the fact that BJP governments do not leave projects incomplete after laying their foundation. Rather, we work day and night to complete those projects. He said that completing the work so quickly after the accident that happened two months ago is also an excellent example of our dedication. He said that all of you have proved that no matter how big or unexpected the challenge is, the new India neither backs down from its resolve nor slows down its pace.
