Anshula Kapoor’s mehendi celebrations turned into a dazzling couture show where Bollywood’s best-dressed icons embraced vibrant colours, stunning silhouettes, and exquisite craftsmanship. From regal lehengas to iconic shararas, every guest brought their unique sartorial flair to the pre-wedding festivities of Boney Kapoor’s daughter. Here’s a closer look at who wore what at her star-studded mehendi ceremony.
Sonam Kapoor
Sonam turned things upside down in a stunning, traditional, vibrant shirt with vibrant dhoti pants picked from the collection of designer Punit Balana. What made the look unique was her two-draped dupattas in green and blue shades, which were further accentuated with statement golden jewellery and a beautiful mojari from Aparajita Toor.
Khushi and Janhvi Kapoor
Both the sisters looked absolutely iconic beside their elder one, where Khushi opted for a dark rustic golden saree with an intricate border, matched with a heavily embroidered high-neckline blouse with a shoulder-length charm. On the other hand, Janhvi picked a very summery shade and ruled in a soft pink full-length gown with romantic flowers decorated all over it and a statement tassel showing to the side.
Rhea Kapoor
Producer, stylist, and director Rhea Kapoor brought her fashion prowess to the floor and wore a beige-hued short full-sleeved kurta with matching straight-fit pants. But her iconic sage green dupatta with a printed golden border and statement detailing at the centre amplified the look in seconds.
Varun Dhawan and Arjun Kapoor
Brother of the bride, Arjun Kapoor, was seen in a subtle green kurta with white thread detailing all over the main bodice. He completed the look with simple white pants and opted for a statement ruby-pendant silver necklace. On the other hand, Varun Dhawan brought luminous drama in subtle gold and wore matching patiala-style pants with it.
Neetu and Karisma Kapoor
The other Kapoor family of Bollywood also made their presence, where Neetu Kapoor was seen in a sky-blue oversized kurta-palazzo set featuring golden embroidery around the neckline and at the front. On the other hand, Lolo, aka Karisma Kapoor, was seen in an all-white traditional ensemble picked from the collection of designer Anamika Khanna.
