Yogi government has taken 27 major decisions in Uttar Pradesh. The UP Cabinet has approved 27 proposals in different areas. In these proposals, the process of changing the name of UP has gone one step further. Here the decision to change the name of Jalalabad to Shahjahanpur has also been agreed. In such a situation, after another name change, Jalalabad will now be known as 'Lord Parshuram Puri'. This place is famous as the birthplace of Lord Parshuram.
In such a situation, this decision was taken on the demand of public representatives and local people. It was named after the Mughal emperor Akbar (Jalal-ud-din Muhammad Akbar). The state government began developing Jalalabad as a tourist destination in 2016.
In the Cabinet decision, Minister Sunil Sharma has been assigned the IT and Electronics Department. In this decision, the proposal for setting up 'Startup Mission' for investment in Uttar Pradesh was approved. Uttar Pradesh Startup Policy 2026, Uttar Pradesh Data Center Policy 2026 approved. Minister Dharampal Singh was given the responsibility of Livestock and Milk Development Department. Chief Minister Risk Management and Livestock Insurance Scheme proposal got cabinet approval.

Chief Minister's Risk Management and Livestock Insurance Scheme has been approved and will be implemented in all 75 districts in order to ensure that the animals reared by small and marginal farmers, cattle rearers and dairy farm cattle farmers are kept safe and insured in case of any epidemic, animal maiming or death. In this, the state's share will be 85% and the beneficiary's share will be 15%.
Minister Anil Rajbhar has been assigned the Labor and Employment Department. For the treatment of workers of Uttar Pradesh, the proposal for construction of 100-100 bed hospital in Gorakhpur, Moradabad and construction of ESIC Medical College in Varanasi has been approved by the Labor Department. For this, the proposal of free land allotment has been approved.
5 acres of land for hospital in Gorakhpur, 5 acres of land in Moradabad, 13 acres of land in Varanasi will be allotted to the Government of India for the construction of medical college. In Varanasi Medical College, 50% MBBS seats will be reserved for labor children, 18% will be allocated by the state government, 7% will be selected by the central government.
