5. Once the details are retrieved, a list of family members who already have a card will appear. Look for the 'Add Member' option above or next to this list and click on it.

6. Enter the Aadhaar number of the new member you wish to add and verify it using 'Aadhaar OTP'.

7. After verification is complete, take a live photo of the member and upload the ration card or any other required certificate (in PDF or image format) as a supporting document.

8. Finally, review all the details and 'Submit' the form.

What happens next?
After you submit the application, officials from the National Health Authority (NHA) will verify your documents. If the information provided and the ration card details are found to be correct, the new member's name will be approved under the scheme within a few days.
