How to do oil pooling?

After waking up in the morning before brushing teeth, oil pulling should be done. For this, a tablespoon of oil, usually coconut oil or sesame oil, should be swished slowly in the mouth for 10-20 minutes. Then throw it away. Then gargle with clean water and brush your teeth, the smell and taste of oil will be removed from the mouth.
