Poha Tikki

If you want a light but flavourful snack, Poha Tikki is a great option. For this, mix boiled potatoes, finely chopped onion, green chilli, salt, red chilli and spices of your choice in soaked poha and give it the shape of tikki. Now shallow fry them in light oil. Its taste further increases with green coriander-mint chutney or tomato sauce.

Lachha Aloo Pakoda

Lachha Pakora prepared with grated raw potatoes instead of boiled potatoes is also a great snack for the rainy season. Mix gram flour, celery, green chillies, red chillies and chilli flakes in potato flakes and make small pakodas. Fry them till they turn golden or shallow fry them in less oil. Everyone will like these pakodas which are crunchy from outside and soft from inside.

Crispy Corn

If you feel like eating something spicy and crispy during monsoon, then crispy corn is a perfect option. First of all boil the sweet corn. Then add salt, black pepper, red chilli, some corn flour or rice flour and coat it well. After this fry until it turns golden. Mix finely chopped onion, tomato, green chilli, lemon juice and chaat masala in the prepared crispy corn and serve.

Cheese Samosa

If you want to eat samosas in a different style, then definitely try cheese samosa. For this, add cheese of your choice to the lightly spiced potato stuffing. Fill this mixture in the layer of samosa and fry it till it turns golden. Hot cheese samosa tastes delicious with tomato sauce or green chutney.
