This big deal was done for Rs 37 crores
Shahrukh and his family have acquired the second and third floors of this building by paying a price of ₹37 crore. Let us tell you that the basement and ground floor of this building was already with the Khan family. Now after purchasing the remaining two floors, Shahrukh Khan’s family has full ownership of the entire building.

According to the Khan family, this house is very special for Shahrukh and Gauri Khan, because they spent their struggling days in this house in the initial days of their marriage.
