After new CCTV footage surfaced, the girl's parents have made serious allegations against the school and class teacher. The family claims that Amyra was allegedly bullied for a long time, she sought help from the teacher several times, but her complaint was ignored. New questions raised after CCTV footage

Amyra's mother Shivani Meena says that her daughter was completely normal and happy on the day of the incident. She reached school on time, met friends, participated in a dance session and that's when the alleged bullying in the classroom began.

Family members allege that Amyra complained to the class teacher five times during the alleged torture that lasted for about 55 minutes, but she did not get any relief. The family claims that in the CCTV footage the girl can be seen approaching the teacher several times. The parents allege that the teacher did not take the situation seriously.

The family alleged negligence and delay in action

The family says Amyra walked out of the classroom, but no efforts were made to stop her or go after her. Later she fell from the fourth floor of the school. Parents allege that even after the incident, the school administration did not find out for a long time which student was missing from the class.

The family members also claim that they were informed late by the school and when they reached the hospital, no representative of the school was present there. These allegations could not be independently confirmed.

'Teacher should be arrested', family demands

Amyra's parents have demanded police to take action against the class teacher under stringent sections including abetment to suicide. They allege that this is not just a case of negligence, but a case of "willful neglect".

The family says that in the last one and a half years they had also complained about alleged bullying in the school, but no effective action was taken. He claims that the criminal aspect was ruled out in the initial investigation, after which he moved the High Court. Now after new CCTV footage has surfaced, the family is demanding a fair investigation and justice.
