According to reports, Salman Khan has sold his 758 square feet carpet area flat in Shiv Asthan Heights, Bandra West, for Rs 3.50 crore. It is being told that this registry was completed on 9 July 2026. Two car parking facility is also included with this flat.
It is being told that Salman Khan had bought this flat in the year 2015 for Rs 2.88 crore. Now by selling it he has made a profit of about Rs 62 lakh. According to reports, the buyer also paid stamp duty and registration fees.
According to reports, Salman Khan and his family will soon shift to their new sea-facing bungalow being built at a distance from Galaxy Apartment. Galaxy Apartment has been the permanent address of the Khan family for many decades, hence this change is considered very important. It is being told that the new house is being built in Chimbai area of Bandra. It will be ground + stilt + 6 storey residential building. Approval for the construction has been received from the concerned authorities and the entire project work is being done under the supervision of the appointed developer.
According to reports, the land on which the new bungalow is being built was purchased by Salman Khan's mother Salma (Susila Charak) in 2011. Earlier there was an old two-storey bungalow, which was demolished due to its dilapidated condition. Now a modern residential building is being constructed at the same place.
