Between July 13 and July 19, 2026, several public and private sector banks—including SBI, HDFC Bank, PNB, Bank of Baroda, ICICI Bank, and Axis Bank—will remain closed for four days across various states. According to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) holiday calendar, banks will remain closed in July 2026 due to national, religious, and regional festivals, as well as on the second and fourth Saturdays and all Sundays.

When will banks remain closed this week?

(Please note that these holidays do not apply to all states; bank branches will remain closed only in the respective states, whereas banks across the country will remain closed on Sundays.)
