Vijay's son Jason Sanjay is soon going to start his career as a director with the film 'Sigma'. In an interview given before the release of the film, he also talked openly about his acting career. Jason told that when he was 20 years old, director Alphonse Puthren had offered him to act in a film, but at that time he turned it down because his entire focus was on direction.
However, Jason has also said that there is an actor in him too. But right now his entire focus is on directing his film and making it successful. But on the other hand, after his statement, his fans have become excited to see him as a hero.
Recently, Jason was seen in the promotional song of the film 'Sigma Style', after which the discussion about his acting debut started. On this he clarified that his presence in the song does not mean that he wants to become an actor. He said that this song was made only to present the film's team and its style to the audience, so he danced in it just for fun.
However, Jason also admitted that there is an actor in him too. He said, "When a director explains a scene to the actors on the set, then the actor within him also comes to the fore. Right now, my biggest responsibility is to make 'Sigma' successful. Right now my entire focus is on the release of the film. Only after the release of the film, I will decide whether to act further or continue with direction."
'Sigma' is produced by Lyca Productions. Sandeep Kishan and Faria Abdullah will be seen in lead roles in the film. Currently its release is fixed for 31st July, although there are reports that the film may be postponed till August. One reason for this is also considered to be the new release date of Vijay's film 'Jana Nayakan'.
