On Friday, new details emerged regarding the enormous financial demands set by German champions Bayern Munich for any potential transfer of Michael Olise this summer.
The news comes amid continuing speculation that the French winger could be on his way to Spain’s La Liga, with Real Madrid showing strong interest in securing his services.
Reports suggest that Real Madrid’s management at the Santiago Bernabéu have identified Olise as a key target ahead of the 2026/27 season. Following another campaign without silverware, the club is eager to strengthen its squad with proven world-class talent, and the former Crystal Palace star is viewed as an ideal fit for their ambitions.
Bayern Munich, however, have so far made it clear that they have no intention of selling their standout performer of the season. The club remains determined to retain Olise, who has been a crucial figure in their recent success.
Nonetheless, according to reports, Bayern’s stance could change if Real Madrid are willing to meet a specific financial threshold.
As reported by the French publication L’Équipe: “To lure him away from Bayern Munich, where he is under contract until June 2029, Real Madrid would have to submit an offer in the range of €200 million to €250 million.”
It now remains uncertain whether Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez and his board will be prepared to meet such a substantial valuation for the 24-year-old attacker.
