Material
Maggi-1 packet
Oil or butter- 1 tbsp
Garlic cloves-8–10 (finely chopped)
Green chillies-1-2 (finely chopped)
Onion-1 small (finely chopped)
Tomato-1 medium finely chopped)
Tomato ketchup-1 tbsp
Red chili flakes-1 tsp
Black pepper powder-½ tsp
Red chilli powder -½ tsp
Chili sauce -½ tsp
Maggi Tastemaker-1
Water-1½ cups
Salt – as per requirement
Green coriander (for garnish)
Method
- Heat oil or butter in a pan. Add finely chopped garlic to it and fry until it becomes light golden and aromatic.
- Now add green chilli and onion and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
- Now add tomato ketchup, chili sauce, red chili powder, black pepper and chili flakes and fry for 1 minute.
- Add 1½ cups of water to it and let it boil. Now add Maggi noodles and tastemaker and cook for 2-3 minutes. Keep stirring in between.
- When Maggi is cooked well and light gravy remains, then turn off the gas. Add green coriander and if desired, some chilli flakes on top and serve hot.
- If you want more spicy taste, you can add a little schmeezwan sauce or extra chili flakes. If you like cheese, you can also serve it by adding some grated cheese at the end. Serve it with hot tea or coffee during the rainy season, the taste will increase even more.
