Born on 22 July 1978 in a Muslim family in Mumbai, Manyata's real name is Dilnawaz Shaikh. His childhood was spent in Dubai, where his father had his own clothing business. Dilnawaz dreamed of becoming an actress in Bollywood since childhood. When she came to Mumbai with the desire to become a heroine, she initially kept her screen name Sara Khan. However, fate had something else in store. Dilnawaz did not get any special projects in the beginning. During this time, in 2003, she was offered an item number (Alhad Mast Jawani…) in Prakash Jha's blockbuster film 'Gangajal'.
From here came the biggest turning point in Dilnawaz's life.
