Enjoy mango in summer

As soon as the summer season arrives, everyone waits for mangoes. Mango, which is every Indian’s favorite fruit, is celebrated every year on 22 July as National Mango Day. It is worth noting that there are more than 1000 varieties of mango such as Dussehri, Langra, Hapus and Totapuri which are considered to be a storehouse of nutrients. In this article, we will tell you about two special recipes made from mango.

Mango Bruschetta

Material:

– 2 large ripe mangoes

– 3 tbsp olive oil

– 10-12 basil leaves

– 1/8 teaspoon black pepper powder

– 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)

– 1/8 teaspoon salt

– 1 tsp lemon juice

– 2-3 breads

Method:

– First of all, mix mango pieces, basil leaves, olive oil, lemon juice and black pepper well in a bowl.

Then, grease the pan with olive oil and apply oil on both sides of the bread and cook. When the bread becomes light brown and crisp, remove it from the pan.

Now pour mango salsa on this bread and spread it. If you want, you can also add olive oil on top.

– Your Mango Bruschetta is ready.

Watermelon Mango Ceviche

Material:

– 2-3 cups seedless watermelon pieces

– 1 cup ripe mango

– 1 cup cucumber

– 1/4 cup chopped onion lengthwise

– 1 hot green chilli (chopped)

– 1/3 cup lemon juice

– 2 tbsp orange juice

– Black salt as per taste

Method:

– First of all, in a large bowl, pour orange and lemon juice over onions and green chillies and mix well.

Now add cucumber, mango and watermelon pieces in the same bowl and mix.

After this, sprinkle black salt and mix gently.

– Keep it in the refrigerator for a while so that the spices in the salad can taste.

– Your tasty Latin American Mango dish is ready, that too in Indian style.
