Even though no Bayern Munich player reached the final of the 2026 World Cup, several of them still delivered impressive performances throughout the tournament. This has now been reflected in the updated market valuations recently released by the Transfermarkt portal.

The latest update focuses solely on the World Cup performances. Among the standout beneficiaries is Michael Olise, whose market value has jumped from 150 million euros to an astonishing 170 million euros.

With this increase, the French forward has set a historic milestone, as no Bundesliga player had ever achieved such a high valuation before. Previously, Erling Haaland and Olise shared the record at 150 million euros.

Overall, FC Bayern Munich emerged favourably in the post-World Cup market value revisions. In addition to Olise, three other players from the club also saw their valuations rise significantly.

Dayot Upamecano, who displayed an excellent campaign with the French national team, saw his market value climb from 70 million euros to 75 million euros, further establishing his reputation as one of the top defenders globally.

Nathaniel Brown enjoyed an even greater boost, as his valuation increased from 40 million euros to 50 million euros. Despite Germany’s early exit in the round of 32 against Paraguay, Brown shone as one of the few positive performers in the squad. His transfer to Bayern Munich was confirmed during the World Cup, although the club had been working on the deal beforehand.

Another new addition for the record champions, Ismael Saibari, also saw a notable rise in value. The Moroccan, now representing Bayern Munich, improved his market valuation from 40 million euros to 55 million euros. During the tournament, he impressed by scoring against Brazil and successfully converting the decisive penalty against the Netherlands to seal qualification. Bayern supporters certainly have many reasons to be excited about his arrival.
