Jerusalem. A very sad news has come out from Jerusalem city of Israel. The body of a 40-year-old Indian migrant laborer has been recovered in suspicious condition from an apartment in Katamon area here. The police found the body soaked in blood on the floor of the apartment. Showing promptness in this matter, the Israeli police has taken a 31-year-old local citizen into custody.
There was blood everywhere in the apartment
According to local media reports and ‘The Times of Israel’, the Moriah police station there was informed about the presence of a body in a flat in Katamon. After this, when the police team reached the spot, a very horrifying scene was seen there. Let us tell you that the body of an Indian citizen was lying on the ground and a huge amount of blood was scattered all around the room. Looking at the situation at the scene, the police considered it a direct case of murder.
Suspected accused arrested, fear of criminal angle
Acting swiftly, Jerusalem District Police have arrested a 31-year-old man from Israel’s southern city of Eilat on suspicion of murder. Based on the initial police investigation and evidence, it is suspected that there may be some criminal background behind this incident. However, due to security and legal reasons, the police have not yet revealed the name of the deceased Indian national nor made public the identity of the arrested accused.
Command handed over to Central Investigation Unit
