The biggest feature of MacBook Neo 2 is going to be its processor. According to the information, Apple is testing this device with A19 Pro chip. The current model comes with A18 Pro chipset, but the chip coming in the new version is expected to give a huge boost in its performance. It is being told that its CPU performance can be improved by 10-15% and GPU performance by 40%. This means that now tasks like video editing and heavy multitasking can be done in a jiffy even on a budget laptop. Interestingly, to improve the battery life of the laptop, its GPU can be kept at 5-core.
In view of the increasing demand for Artificial Intelligence (AI) in today’s times, Apple is going to make a big change. While the current model has 8GB RAM, in MacBook Neo 2 it can be increased to 12GB. This extra memory is specifically designed for ‘Apple Intelligence’ Will help the features run smoothly. This will not only give the users better speed, but the device will also be ready for future heavy software updates.
In terms of design, Apple is sticking to its signature ‘compact and lightweight’ Will maintain the look. This laptop is best for those who like to carry a light laptop while traveling. According to reports, Apple is aiming to launch MacBook Neo 2 in 2027. Talking about the price, the previous model was launched in India at a starting price of ₹ 69,900. It is expected that despite the new features, the company will keep it in an affordable bracket so that it remains popular among students.
