At just 15, Vaibhav Sooryavanshi is already making a habit of delivering on the big stage. The teenage sensation smashed his second fifty in three innings as India completed a clean sweep against Zimbabwe, winning the final T20I by 35 runs to knock England off the top of the ICC T20I rankings.

Sooryavanshi's 81 off 49 balls at Harare was a masterclass in controlled aggression, featuring four sixes and eight fours. It followed his electrifying 19-ball half-century in the series opener, proving that his England struggles (scores of 14, 13, and 15) are firmly behind him.

His knock propelled India to 192-5, with Ryan Burl's unbeaten 54 the lone bright spot in Zimbabwe's reply of 157-7. India's fielding was far from perfect, but the result never really looked in doubt.

The series sweep also restored India's position at the top of the T20I rankings, after England had overtaken them following the 4-0 drubbing in the UK. Next up for Iyer's men is a Test series in Sri Lanka in August, followed by a white-ball home series against West Indies in September-October.

For Sooryavanshi, the future looks brighter than ever.
