Selected candidates will undergo an initial six-month training period, during which they will receive a basic pay of ₹50,000 per month along with a Dearness Allowance. Upon completion of training, they will be appointed as Assistant Managers, with a salary package ranging from ₹60,000 to ₹1,80,000 per month. Additionally, benefits such as PF, gratuity, medical facilities, and other allowances will be provided.
