Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra: Samsung's 8th generation foldable smartphones Galaxy Z The Fold8 Ultra, Galaxy Z Fold8 and Galaxy Z Flip8 broke all pre-order records, underscoring the mainstream adoption of foldable technology and unprecedented consumer enthusiasm in India.
Within just 72 hours of its launch in India on July 22, over 2,71,000 pre-orders were registered for these new devices. Last year, Samsung India took 15 days to get similar pre-order numbers for its Galaxy Z Fold7 and Z Flip7. (Samsung)

The Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, Galaxy Z Fold8 and Galaxy Z Flip8 have seen remarkable success, with 45 percent of pre-orders coming from Tier 2 cities and beyond. This in turn underlines the growing demand for foldable devices in these regions, establishing them as a new hub with massive growth potential.

This growth not only reflects the widespread appeal of foldable smartphones, but also the changing picture of consumers, where innovation is no longer confined to metros.

Considering this phenomenal success, SamsungIt is confident of matching the pre-orders received for the S26 series launched earlier this year, which shows the widespread adoption of foldable technology.
