Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in signing winger Cody Gakpo as the North London club continue to reinvest in their squad.

Spurs have already made major moves in this season's transfer window after finishing close to the Premier League relegation zone in each of the last two campaigns.

According to Sky Sports News journalists Lyall Thomas and Vinny O'Connor, Tottenham are now pushing to sign Liverpool winger Gakpo, having earlier also been linked with a move for Manchester City's Savinho.

Liverpool could be willing to let Gakpo leave, with the club expected to make an offer this summer for Paris Saint-Germain winger Bradley Barcola.

Last season, Gakpo made 52 appearances for the Reds across all competitions, scoring nine goals and providing six assists.
