Gold-Silver Rates Today (August 14, 2026): Gold and silver prices are recording a sharp decline. Yesterday, the price of gold fell by ₹2,800 per 10 grams in a single day. Silver prices have also dropped.

Gold-Silver Rates Today (August 14, 2026): A significant drop in gold and silver prices was observed yesterday, Thursday, August 13. In Delhi's bullion market, gold prices recorded a massive decline of ₹2,800 per 10 grams. This sharp fall has halted the continuous upward trend seen in gold prices over the past seven days. Along with gold, heavy selling was also witnessed in silver yesterday. Consequently, the price of silver plunged by ₹6,000, settling at the level of ₹2,40,000 per kilogram.

New Gold Price in Delhi

Following this major price drop, the price of 24-carat gold in Delhi stands at ₹1,57,000 per 10 grams; it had closed at ₹1,59,800 in the previous session.

Gold Prices Drop Again Today

Much like yesterday, a decline in gold prices is being observed today as well. A marginal drop of ₹10 is seen in the price of 24-carat gold compared to yesterday. Today, the price of 24-carat gold is ₹1,53,590 per 10 grams, down from ₹1,53,600 yesterday.

What are the prices for 22-carat and 18-carat gold?

Today, the price of 22-carat gold is ₹1,40,790 per 10 grams. This also reflects a drop of ₹10 compared to yesterday. Meanwhile, 18-carat gold is also trading ₹10 cheaper today. Its price is ₹1,15,190 per 10 grams.

What is the price of silver today?

Much like gold, silver is also witnessing a slight decline today. The price of silver has dropped by ₹10 per kilogram to ₹2,54,900, down from yesterday's ₹2,55,000. Accordingly, today's silver prices are ₹254.90 per gram, ₹2,039.20 per 8 grams, ₹2,549 per 10 grams, and ₹25,490 per 100 grams.
