Kiwi Face Pack: If you want to make your face look fresh and glowing on any special occasion, then homemade Kiwi face pack can be an easy option. Nutrients like Vitamin C and antioxidants are found in Kiwi, due to which it is also used in skincare. However, every person’s skin is different, so before applying any home remedy on the face, do a patch test.
If your skin feels dry or stretched, you can try a pack made of kiwi and honey. For this, mash a ripe kiwi well and add one spoon of honey in it. Apply the prepared mixture on clean face and leave it for about 15 minutes. After this, wash your face with normal water and apply moisturizer according to your skin.
For those with oily skin, a mixture of kiwi, gram flour and curd can be used. To make this, take one kiwi pulp, one spoon gram flour and half spoon curd and mix well. Apply this paste on the face and wash it gently after about 15 minutes. After cleaning the face, apply a light moisturizer.
Before applying the face pack, wash the face with mild face wash or clean water. After this, apply the prepared pack in a light layer on the face and neck. Avoid applying it on the area around the eyes and lips. Instead of rubbing the pack too much, leave it for some time and then clean it with water.
Kiwi, honey, curd or any other natural ingredients may also cause allergy or irritation to some people. Therefore, before using it for the first time, apply a small amount on a small part of the skin and try it. If you feel redness, itching or burning, do not use it on the face.
After using a face pack, the skin may appear clean and fresh for some time, but it cannot guarantee permanent discoloration or removal of blemishes. Regular skincare, adequate sleep, balanced diet and sun protection are also important for good skin.
