Dakota Johnson and musician Role Model have reportedly ended their relationship after several months together. The Hollywood actress and the singer, whose real name is Tucker Pillsbury, are said to have gone their separate ways “a while ago,” according to a source familiar with the situation.

Johnson and Pillsbury were first linked in late 2025 after reportedly being seen having dinner together in December. Their relationship attracted further attention in January when the pair were spotted together in Los Angeles, fueling speculation that they were romantically involved.

By April, sources close to the pair suggested that their relationship was more serious than a casual romance. At the time, an insider described their connection as more than a brief fling and said they had been dating since late the previous year.

Johnson was reportedly taking the relationship slowly, particularly after her long-term romance with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin. The actress and Martin had maintained a largely private relationship for years, keeping much of their personal life away from public attention. Johnson had previously spoken warmly about Martin and his career, describing how much she enjoyed watching him perform on stage.

Despite keeping their personal lives private, Johnson and Pillsbury also found a professional connection. Johnson appeared on a track from Pillsbury’s latest album, Chuck Timely & the Hourglass. She contributed a spoken-word segment to the song “Love I You” after reportedly visiting the recording studio while Pillsbury was working on the track.

The song features Johnson and Pillsbury exchanging playful and flirtatious lines during a spoken section, offering fans a rare glimpse into their chemistry.

Before his relationship with Johnson, Pillsbury was romantically linked to influencer Emma Chamberlain. The pair reportedly dated from 2020 until 2023. Johnson, meanwhile, has previously been associated with several high-profile names, including Noah Gersh, Jordan Masterson and Matthew Hitt, before beginning her relationship with Martin.

The reported split comes as Johnson continues to focus on her acting career and several upcoming projects. She is set to appear on the big screen in Verity, a highly anticipated film adaptation in which she stars alongside Anne Hathaway and Josh Hartnett. The project is expected to give Johnson another major opportunity to showcase her acting skills.

She is also involved in Three Incestuous Sisters, a film featuring an impressive cast that includes Saoirse Ronan, Jessie Buckley and Josh O’Connor. With multiple projects underway, Johnson appears to be entering another busy period in her career.
