Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Everton forward Iliman Ndiaye, and Richarlison could return to the Toffees as part of the deal, according to French publication Foot Mercato.

The club from Tottenham Hotspur Stadium are looking to add one more attacker this summer after bringing in Savio and Omar Marmoush from Manchester City.

Ndiaye, who was once described as ‘the most skilful player in the Premier League’, has now emerged as a target for Spurs, while AS Monaco striker Folarin Balogun also remains on their shortlist.

The Everton attacker is also attracting interest from Manchester City, with discussions said to have taken place over a swap arrangement that would see Jack Grealish move the other way.

Richarlison has been linked with a return to the Merseyside club over the last few seasons, and a move involving Ndiaye in exchange for him could work well for both sides.

The Senegal international has the quality needed to strengthen Spurs’ attack, although manager Roberto De Zerbi may still prefer to bring in an out-and-out number 9.

The Italian is keen on Liverpool’s Cody Gakpo, while Galatasaray’s Victor Osimhen is also among the names he is considering.

The Turkish Super Lig side are reportedly asking Tottenham for £129 million to part with the Nigeria striker.

The Lilywhites have until next Tuesday to wrap up the rest of their transfer business this summer, and supporters will be hoping De Zerbi gets the player he wants.

He has already added reinforcements in every area of the squad and will now be looking to secure one more attacking signing in the coming days.
