Is it late to eat tiffin due to work pressure in the office? It's so late to worry about the cold tiffin! The food is quite hot while tidying up in the morning. But the afternoon is freezing cold. Not only that. The original taste is also lost. But there is no microwave in the office. It could have been heated. So the way? If you know some simple tricks, the tiffin food will be steaming hot till noon. What are you wondering?
Do you know any trick to keep the tiffin hot?
(1) Choose a good quality insulated tiffin box instead of the usual plastic or steel containers for tiffin. Food in this box can retain its heat for 4 to 6 hours.
(2) It is very important to fix the temperature inside the container before packing the food. Instead of pouring food directly into the cold box, dry it in the microwave for a few seconds or by heating it with hot water.
(3) As soon as hot food is poured into the tiffin box, the lid should be tightly closed. It keeps the heat inside and the food stays fresh for a long time.
(4) Thermal lunch bag should be used to carry tiffin box. This special bag does not allow the internal heat to escape.
(5) If there is no thermal bag, a small cotton or woolen towel can be tightly wrapped around the tiffin box and kept in the bag.

(6) It's smart to use a vacuum-insulated flask for pulses, soups, or any liquid food. As the food stays hot in it, there is no fear of leakage.
(7) Never pack cold fruit or yogurt together with hot food in the same container or adjacent to it. Hot food can retain its own warmth for longer if the temperature is kept separate.
