While boiling milk, place a large wooden ladle or wooden spoon horizontally over the vessel. By doing this, as soon as the milk boils and rises up and comes in contact with the wood, the bubbles will cool down and the milk will not fall out of the vessel.
2. Apply ghee or butter on the sides of the vessel
Before heating the milk, apply a little ghee or butter on the upper inner edges of the vessel. Due to the smoothness of ghee, the bubbles of milk are not able to come upwards and the milk keeps boiling inside the vessel.
3. Place the bowl inside the vessel
While boiling milk, keep a small clean steel or glass bowl at the bottom of the vessel. Due to this, there is continuous stirring in the milk and whenever the milk starts boiling, the bubbles get dispersed due to the bowl and the milk does not boil and fall out.
4. Splash water
As soon as you feel that the milk is about to boil and is coming up, immediately take some water in a spoon and sprinkle it over the milk. As soon as water is added, the temperature of the milk suddenly decreases and the boiling milk immediately settles down.
5. Boil on low flame
On high flame, milk and tea boil quickly and foam is formed more. To avoid this, always boil milk on low flame. By boiling on medium or low flame, the milk will heat gradually and the process of foaming will be controlled. Keep stirring the milk or tea in between so that they do not burn and boil properly.
