Gandhari follows Taapsee Pannu as a mother searching for her kidnapped daughter in Joypurra after temporarily losing her eyesight. The promising premise ultimately packs no punch, with the story going nowhere. While the cast delivers capable performances, the potentially sensational Behrupiya angle is wasted, leaving the film wandering aimlessly despite its child-trafficking theme.
