  • semolina
  • milk
  • curd
  • powdered sugar

  • Grease a cake pan with a little ghee and line it with butter paper and preheat the oven to 180°C for 10 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes semolina will swell properly. Add little milk if required and mix the mixture.
  • Then add cardamom powder and dried fruit slices as per your choice and mix it.
  • Grease a cake pan and pour the mixture into it and set it well with dry fruits, saffron and rose petals for decoration.
  • Bake the cake in the oven at 180°C for 35 to 40 minutes. Garnish the prepared cake with basil leaves.
  • Panchamrit cake made in offering to Lord Krishna is ready.
