Hania Aamir has reminded her followers to embrace their individuality and preserve their sense of fun, sharing a throwback collection from a playful birthday celebration while responding to comments from fans.

The actor took to Instagram with a series of photographs and videos from a mehndi-inspired birthday party she hosted last year with family and friends. The celebration featured a mock wedding theme, dancing, singing and plenty of light-hearted moments.

Alongside the pictures, Aamir encouraged girls not to allow criticism to change their personality or enthusiasm. Her message centred on protecting one’s “whimsy” and continuing to enjoy life on one’s own terms.

The photo collection showed Aamir dressed in a yellow sari paired with leggings and Doc Martens, reflecting the unconventional and playful style that defined the celebration.

Several clips captured the actor singing and cutting her birthday cake with friends, while other moments showed her dancing with fellow actor Yashma Gill and taking part in traditional wedding-inspired rituals recreated for the occasion.

Aamir also shared a picture of herself posing as a bride, with a dupatta covering her head as friends photographed the moment. Another image featured a mirror carrying the words “Happy Hanu Day”.

The actor kept the interaction with her followers equally light-hearted. Responding to one fan who recalled the fake wedding-themed birthday, she simply said it had been fun.

When another follower jokingly wondered how she managed to have so many friends, Aamir responded with a playful request to say “Alhamdulillah, MashaAllah”.

A further suggestion from a fan about planning her next birthday theme drew another humorous response from the actor.
