His morning starts with water, cucumber-celery juice and black coffee, while he likes to eat food ranging from Indian to Italian, Japanese and Chinese.

She also eats flaxseed chutney and laddus made by her mother and does not keep herself away from all kinds of food. Radhika used to drink black coffee as soon as she woke up, but later she changed the start of her morning. First of all she used to take water mixed with coriander seeds and a little cumin. After this, she used to drink fresh juice of cucumber and celery, in which she also added mint and lemon. After this came the turn of his favorite black coffee.
Radhika has declared herself fond of black coffee. However, she had told that she had started adding cardamom to coffee. According to him, doing this can help in reducing acidity.
Radhika had told that she never followed any special diet. When he needed to lose weight for a film, he started a diet for some time. One thing is always present in Radhika’s house and that is flaxseed chutney. He told that his mother makes this chutney. Mother also prepares flaxseed laddus for them, which they eat fondly. Radhika also told that she loves food. He likes Italian, Japanese, Chinese and Indian food. Apart from this, she also eats some British dishes with pleasure. That means, along with fitness, she also does not stop enjoying the taste of food.
Regarding sleep, Radhika Apte had shared that sometimes her sleep gets affected due to anxiety. On good days she sleeps for about 9 to 10 hours, while on bad days she gets only 3-4 hours of sleep. It is clear from this that along with food and drink, rest and sleep are also an important part of their fitness.
