**Qualifications for Chief Manager – Full-Stack Engineering**
**Age Limit:** Candidates for this post must be between 28 and 40 years of age.
**Educational Qualification:** Candidates must possess a B.E./B.degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics & Communication.

**Other Qualification:** A 3-year full-time MCA or an M.Sc. degree in Computer Science/IT is also valid. Mandatory Certification: Candidates must possess at least one of the specified certifications related to Java, React JS, Node JS, MERN Stack, or Python.

Preferred Certifications: Preference will be given to candidates holding AWS Certified Developer Associate, Microsoft Azure Developer Associate, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or SAFe Agilist certifications.

Work Experience: A minimum of 8 years of work experience in the IT/BFSI sector following the relevant educational qualification is required.

Digital Platform Experience: At least 5 years of experience in building and managing large-scale digital and banking platforms.

API Experience: Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and managing APIs.

Other Experience: Experience in bringing systems in-house from vendors, IT Service Management, and working on cloud computing platforms is also essential.

What are the qualifications for the Chief Manager - Digital Platforms role?

Age Limit: Candidates for this position must be between 28 and 40 years of age.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a B.E./B.degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics & Communication.
