According to the Hindu calendar, the fast of Hartalika Teej will be observed this year on Monday, 14 September 2026. Tritiya Tithi will start at 7:08 am on September 13 and end at 7:06 am on September 14. According to the rules of Udaya Tithi, the fast will be observed on 14th September only.

The auspicious time of worship on the day of Hartalika Teej is said to be from 6:05 am to 7:06 am. During this time, worshiping Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati is considered auspicious.

How to worship Hartalika Teej?

Women observing fast should wear clean clothes after taking bath in the morning and clean the place of worship. After this, spread a cloth on the post and install the idols of Lord Shiva, Mother Parvati and Ganesh ji with clay.

First of all worship Lord Ganesha and offer Durva to him. After this, offer makeup material to Mother Parvati and Belpatra to Lord Shiva.
