India's famous dietician Aayushi Yadav told that first of all it is important for you that in future never eat too much spicy and oily food and if there is too much gas in your stomach, then for this you will have to consume some healthy things.

If you have gas in your stomach, consume these things ,

1. Drink coconut water

If you have a gas problem in your stomach then you must drink coconut water, it is a natural and very healthy drink. If you drink it 2-3 times a day, not only will your body remain hydrated but all kinds of problems related to digestion will go away.

2. Eat cucumber

 

Cucumber has a lot of water content, so it is a good food for our stomach. It keeps the stomach cool and does not allow any kind of gas to form. It would be better if you eat cucumber as a salad.

3. Drink lemon water

If you want quick relief from gas, drink lemon water, doing this will give a lot of relief to the stomach and the digestive system will also improve. Take a glass of water, squeeze a lemon in it, add black salt as per taste and drink it.

4. Eat bananas

Whenever you have a gas problem in your stomach, eat banana to get rid of it. This is a very common fruit and you do not need to spend a lot of money on it. Bananas are rich in iron and calcium. The fiber present in it removes problems like acidity and indigestion.
