settlement BJP Kisan Morcha Gorakhpur Regional Treasurer and All India Industry Trade Board State Organization Minister Radheshyam Kamalapuri said in this budget of Modi Government 3 that Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has made continuous efforts on 9 priorities to create adequate opportunities for all in this budget. The budget has been presented keeping in mind productivity and flexibility in agriculture, employment and skills, inclusive human resource development and social justice, manufacturing and services, urban development, energy security- infrastructure, innovation, research and development, next generation reforms.

Kamalapuri said that the agriculture, education and employment sector alone getting a budget of Rs 3 lakh crore shows that agriculture, education and employment sectors have been given special priority. While promoting natural farming will help in increasing fertility by making the fields chemical free, a special scheme for pulses and oilseeds will strengthen their rising prices and increase availability.

Just as it has been decided to create vegetable production and supply chain clusters, if special attention is paid to this, if the farmers of those areas who produce but do not get the right price due to lack of market, are made available the market, then the morale of the farmers will increase and their income will also increase.

There will be benefits of operating on the basis of pooling of loan risks of MSMEs because where the entrepreneur wants to do business by taking risk but the banks do not want to take risk, in such a situation the banks are very reluctant to give loan. In such a situation, the benefit of a separate self-finance guarantee fund of guarantee cover can help in increasing employment.
