The South Korean smartphone maker’s Samsung Galaxy A06 is set to launch soon and ahead of the expected launch, some details of the upcoming entry-level smartphone have been leaked by intelligence experts. According to these leaked images, the Samsung Galaxy A06 could be similar to the other A-series models that were launched earlier this year. A support page for the device has also been spotted on the company’s website, indicating that it will be launching in India soon.
Tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer (@OnLeaks) teamed up with GizNext to reveal design renders of the Samsung Galaxy A06 and give us an idea of what we can expect from the upcoming phone. Wizards suggest the phone will feature a flat display with a teardrop-shaped notch housing the selfie camera. The screen is surrounded by large bezels and the edges of the phone are smooth.
On the right edge of the Samsung Galaxy A06 are the power button (with integrated fingerprint scanner) and the volume keys, which are located above the key island that can also be found on the Galaxy A55 and Galaxy A35. In the leaked renders of the device, there is no visible branding on the phone other than the Samsung logo at the bottom of the back. On the bottom edge of the Galaxy A06 there is a 3.5mm headphone jack, a USB Type-C port and a speaker grill. Particle for direct object
According to the headlines, the Samsung Galaxy A05 successor will feature a 6.7-inch LCD screen and will be powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 chipset. The smartphone is said to have 6 GB of RAM, but there is no information about the internal memory or other types of storage.
The leaked images suggest that the phone will come with a dual rear camera, but details about the camera sensor are currently unknown. According to the publication, the device runs Android 14 and has a 5,000mAh battery with support for 15W charging.
Samsung has not yet announced the launch plans for the Galaxy A06 in India, but MySmartPrice has spotted a support page for the phone with model number SM-A065F on the company’s website in India.
