Today we are going to tell you how to make tasty semolina pua. It is made in many places including Uttarakhand on auspicious occasions like marriage, birthday and other auspicious occasions. Apart from Uttarakhand, in many places it is considered very auspicious to offer pua as sweet to God. Today on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, you can offer it to Lord Ganesha. It can be stored for many days. So let's know how to make it.

These are the necessary ingredients to make semolina puri

Semolina 500 grams
Milk 200 ml
Green cardamom 4
Sugar 200 grams
Ghee 50 gms
Refined Oil 500 ml

This is the way to make semolina puri

To make semolina puri, first sieve the semolina and keep it in a deep vessel. Now add 50 grams of ghee to it and mix well for three minutes. Now add milk and sugar to it and mix for 5 minutes and cover this mixture and leave it to soak for 3-4 hours. After 3 hours the semolina will be well soaked. Now mix this mixture again for 5 minutes by rotating it in the same direction with the help of hand or spoon.

Now the mixture becomes very fluffy. Now heat refined oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, put small balls of the mixture in refined oil and reduce the flame to medium. Fry till golden brown. Delicious puris are ready. Now fill this mixture in a com shaped bag and make its mouth a little bigger. Now put that mixture in oil again and fry like puris. Delicious singhal is also ready.
