Ingredients required to make Veg Kabab
Soaked chickpeas – 1 cup
boiled potato
Onion – 1
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp finely chopped
Green chilly
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Mango powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt – as per taste
Oil – for frying
How to make Veg Kabab
To make veg kebabs, first mash the boiled chickpeas in a bowl. After this, mash the boiled potatoes in the same bowl. When both the things are mashed well, add garlic ginger paste, salt, black pepper, coriander, red chili powder and mix them properly. Mix all these and knead a soft dough and now prepare kebabs from them. When it is ready, fry it in a pan by adding oil.

2 cups wheat flour
1 cup refined flour
Salt
Oil
1/2 cup water for kneading
some dry flour
How to make Rumali Roti
To make Rumali Roti, first mix flour, maida, salt and one spoon oil in a bowl. Now knead its dough and keep it aside for 20 minutes. After some time, prepare its dough and make a thin roti from it. Now place a pan upside down on the gas and pour a few drops of oil on it and now place your thin roti on the pan and fry it. When it is cooked, serve it with kebabs, onions and green chutney.
