To honour Kerala’s famous harvest festival, Quattro will provide guests with an authentic Sadya experience, highlighting the diverse culinary traditions of the region.
The Onam Sadya at Quattro features a meticulously curated menu, with each dish prepared using fresh coconut, spices, and locally sourced ingredients. Highlights of the menu include Sharkara Varatti, Kumbalanga Pachadi, Beetroot Pachadi, Vendakaa Theeyal, and Pal Ada Payasam.
