Downdetector, a platform that monitors the status of apps and services, has also received numerous reports from X users and at the time of filing this article, the platform has received thousands of reports. However, according to Downdetector, only over 350 reports have been received in the Indian region

According to the outage tracking website, around 52% of users have reported that they are facing issues while accessing the X app, with 46% of them reporting issues to the X website and the remaining reporting login issues on the social media platform. According to Downdetector, reports of the outage started coming in around 7:40 pm. Neither has it given any reason as to why the platform is down for users globally
