Do this exercise while mopping the floor
Mopping is done daily in every house. This is the most important part of cleaning the house. In such a situation, why not do some exercise while mopping. The house will be cleaned and it will also help in losing weight. If you mop with the help of a mopstick, then you can incorporate some of the exercises given here in your routine.

1) The first exercise you can try while mopping is to stand straight holding the mopstick with both hands. Now bend your knees and take a squat position. After this, stand straight and stretch your right leg to the side. Then come back to the first position and repeat the same step with the other leg. Do these steps for about five minutes.

2) To do the second exercise, stand straight holding a mopstick in your right hand. Now bend the left knee and lift it forward. After this, stretch the leg backwards. After this, come back to the first position. Now repeat the same step from the other side as well.

3) To do the third exercise while mopping, first stand straight holding the mopstick with both hands. Now bend your right knee and lift it upwards and touch one end of the mop with it. Then return to your first position. After this repeat the same step with the left leg as well. Do this exercise several times.

Apart from these three exercises, you can also mop the floor while sitting in the traditional style. This also helps a lot in reducing weight. You can make these exercises a part of your daily routine for ten to fifteen minutes a day. These are very beneficial for your stomach and lower body strength. Along with this, pay attention to your diet as well. A little exercise along with a light and balanced diet will be very beneficial in improving your overall health.
