The magical universe of Harry Potter has given us a host of talented actors who have gone on to star in several high-profile Hollywood projects.

Some of these actors have made the transition from the enchanting world of Hogwarts to the glamorous ballrooms of Bridgerton, trading their wands and wizard robes for frills and extravagant gowns.

Here are some Harry Potter alumni who are now part of the Ton.

Katie Leung: From Cho Chang to Lady Araminta Gun
#1

Katie Leung, best known for her role as Cho Chang in the Harry Potter series, has joined the high society of Bridgerton.

In the upcoming season of the popular Regency Era romance drama, Leung will be seen as Lady Araminta Gun, a twice-married and twice-widowed woman looking to debut her two daughters on the marriage mart.

This marks Leung's latest role since her memorable performance as Harry Potter's (Daniel Radcliffe) first love interest.

Rege-Jean Page: From a wedding guest to Duke of Hastings
#2

Rege-Jean Page, who gained worldwide recognition for his role as Simon Basset, Duke of Hastings in Bridgerton, had a small part in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1 before his rise to fame.

He was seen briefly as a guest at Bill Weasley and Fleur Delacour's wedding.

His on-screen romance with Phoebe Dynevor's Daphne Bridgerton in the first season of the Netflix show propelled him to stardom.

Freddie Stroma: From Cormac McLaggen to Prince Friedrich
#3

Freddie Stroma left a lasting impression as the self-absorbed Gryffindor Quidditch player, Cormac McLaggen, in the sixth part of the Harry Potter, the Half-Blood Prince.

He later joined the cast of Bridgerton as Prince Friedrich, a royal suitor to Daphne in the first season.

Despite losing Daphne's heart to Simon, Stroma's portrayal of the prince left viewers swooning and wanting more.

Michelle Fairley: From Mrs Granger to Princess Augusta
#4

Michelle Fairley, who portrayed Hermione's mother, Mrs Granger, in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1, was later seen in Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story.

She plays Princess Augusta, a key figure in the prequel series that explores the timeless romance between Queen Charlotte and King George III.

Fairley also had a significant role in Game of Thrones, further establishing her as a versatile actor.

Samuel Timothy Clemmett: From Albus Potter to young Brimsley
#5

Samuel Timothy Clemmett, known for his role as Albus Potter in the stage production Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, also appeared in the Bridgerton spin-off Queen Charlotte.

He played the role of young Brimsley, a loyal and devoted servant to Queen Charlotte.

This lesser-known Harry Potter actor has managed to make his mark in both the wizarding world and the high society of Bridgerton.

Guy Henry: From Pius Thicknesse to King's doctor
#6

Guy Henry, who played the sinister Pius Thicknesse in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, was seen in Bridgerton as the doctor to the King in the series Queen Charlotte.

His character in Harry Potter was instrumental in the Ministry's fall into corruption during the wizarding war.

While his role in Bridgerton is not as prominent, his performance is equally sinister and vile.
