UPSC CSE Mains 2024 tomorrow; Check exam centre guidelines

UPSC CSE Mains 2024: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will conduct the Civil Services (CSE) Main exam 2024 from Friday, September 20 onwards. The UPSC CSE Mains exam is scheduled to be held in both the shifts- morning shift from 9 am to 12 pm and afternoon shift from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

For the UPSC CSE Mains morning shift, the candidates need to report at the exam centre by 8 am. They need to carry admit card, which is one of the most important documents to carry at the exam centre.

UPSC CSE Mains 2024: Important exam centre guidelines

Admit card: The admit card is one of the important documents to carry at the exam centre. Without hall ticket, the candidates will not be allowed to appear in the Mains exam.

Reporting time: The reporting time for the candidates to appear in the morning shift is 8:30 am, afternoon shift is 2 pm.

Important documents: The candidates need to carry Aadhaar card, PAN card, Voter ID, Driving License, other necessary documents at the exam centre

Restricted items

Electronic devices: The candidates should not carry any sorts of gadgets, electronic devices at the exam centre.

Metal items: Don’t carry jewelries, bangles at the exam centre.

Don’t take illegal means: The candidates are advised not to take any sorts of illegal means. Legal action will be taken against candidates found with cheating. The candidates are barred to use any sorts of written materials at the exam centre.

UPSC CSE Mains 2024 hall ticket is still available for download on the official website- upsc.gov.in. The candidates can download the admit card from the official portal- upsc.gov.in. The log-in credentials required to download the admit card are- application number, date of birth.
